About ME
My name is Michael Schenker and I’m a personal trainer with a specialized focus on both calisthenics and weight training. I work with clients to help them achieve their physique, strength, skill, and mobility goals through a personalized and evidence-based approach.
I earned my B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2019. During my undergraduate years, I became deeply invested in calisthenics using it as a method to build a leaner physique while improving strength and mobility. Through consistent training, research, and 4+ years of experience training clients, I discovered not only that you can achieve more than you think with calisthenics alone, but the powerful synergy between calisthenics and traditional weight training. An approach that not only transformed my own performance, but continues to drive results for my clients today.
With years of hands-on experience in both training styles, I combine practical knowledge with a scientific foundation to help individuals unlock their physical potential and move with greater confidence, control, and purpose.
